· Articles that do not address the pet community or articles with no qualitative value (e.g., "this kennel's pets are great!") as determined by Pethome in its sole discretion.
· Articles which comments on other users.
· Content that contains personal attacks or describes physical confrontations and/or sexual harassment.
· Excessive damage or death of a puppy bought from a particular kennel club and related cases caused by a business or service to person or property.
· Personal information or messages including email addresses, URLs, phone numbers and postal addresses.
· Messages that are advertising or commercial in nature, or are inappropriate based on the applicable subject matter.
· Language that violates the standards of good taste or the standards of this website, as determined by Pethome in its sole discretion.
· Content determined by Pethome to be illegal, or to violate any central, state, or local law or regulation or the rights of any other person or entity.
· Language intended to impersonate other users (including names of other individuals) or offensive or inappropriate user names or signatures.
· Articles which scrape or re-purpose other people's content without permission.
· Protected by copyright or trademark and used, in any manner on Pethome.in without the permission of the author or the owner;
Defamatory; illegal; hateful; pornographic; or harmful

o No schemes/discounts available- The ongoing schemes/discounts will not be applicable on donation items.
o Refund policy- If you make an error in your donation please contact us either by email at info@pethome.in or by phone at 91-7206046160 within 24 hours and a full refund will be made to you.
o Any item which is once used by the customer, will not be replaced by the seller.
